I used to write code because I love creating things and making things happen. Code was the obstacle I had to overcome to bring them to life. Not anymore :). Also, you need to understand that people are different and that your way of thinking is just one among many.

I’m convinced that a large % of programmers don’t actually like computers. As a side effect, are also perfectly happy to throw away their reasoning to a model as soon as they can. I don’t get it, at ALL.

I asked my wife to stop me from subscribing to GPT Pro. Her answer was pretty convincing: "Is it going to improve your work so much that you won’t need to upgrade to a higher plan, kind of like that Black Mirror episode?"
