Hivemind. 18 needs a new sewing machine, her Huskavra bought 6 yrs ago, is starting to malfunction and she wants a more heavy duty one, specifically the Singer 4423. But I’m not sure that’s a good enough machine, to last her for years, into the future. Any advise would be welcome, 🙏.
Got a bit of a shock this morning. Went to my local library to do some bits and bobs, to find it in darkness. Turns out it has closed permanently. There was no announcement. 🧪
Crucially, we have to answer the question "if you can buy stuff more quickly, cheaply and from a greater range online, what is our town centre for?" And theatre, music, group experiences is a big part of the answer.
