@rideonmct.bsky.social @mcdotnow.bsky.social, bus 4065D on 101 SB pulled up to Montgomery College at 4:01 PM, one passenger got off and the driver told us at the stop that the bus was out of service, closed the doors and left. There were still two passengers onboard.
@wmata.com M22 southbound at Connecticut and Jones Bridge was a no-show, turning my 4 minute ride into over an hour. When the next bus shows up, I will have waited at the stop for over 40 minutes. Something needs to change as this is completely unacceptable!

@wmata.com this is getting ridiculous. The M70 has been running at terrible service levels on weekends for about the past 3 or so weeks. Constant bunching of buses, and unacceptable headways, and canceled trips. It has only been getting worse.
This week someone targeted my family for harm with a false report. We’re physically OK, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t harmed. I am beyond furious. Whatever your politics, this is awful, wrong, and can never become normal.

@wmata.com, the interior screen doesn’t work on bus 4648. All exterior screens and announcements are working fine.
@wmata.com this new stating the fare thing is wildly ineffective. Now some fare evaders are getting so riled up about it that they’re taking their anger out on other passengers including PAYING riders like myself.

Also @wmata.com thank you for fixing the restrooms at Potomac Yard! I was very happy to see both restrooms in service and that the leaking fixtures in the men’s room were repaired.
@wmata.com huge props to the station manager at Gallery Place Entrance C for a very swift response to a customer who fell at the bottom of the escalator. He safely stopped the escalator and assisted a bystander with helping the customer up.
@wmata.com the farebox on bus 4732 is going crazy. I think it might’ve been doing this the other day too.
@wmata.com, the WB M70 just left myself and another rider stranded in the rain at stop 2000126 as 7264 just blew past the stop. Can we please get articulated buses on this route during rush-hour? I’ve been asking for this for about a year at this point.
@wmata.com, huge kudos to the Metro employee Derek Hendricks who was very patiently helping a seemingly lost teenager at Bethesda Station figure out which buses to take to get home.
I just decided to check the comments on the renewable energy video again and a ways down there was a comment with plenty of likes and a few replies where people were essentially taking bets on when I'd come out as trans. What is with these weird little freaks?
Hey @wmata.com, in the customer restroom at Gallery Place Exit C (N206), the door is sagging so badly that it wont close all the way (or lock) without forcefully shoving it shut, and then it gets stuck and requires excessive force to open.

My point still stands. Especially after what happened yeaterday. This authority is so heavily abused nowadays. I’m not saying they shouldn’t have the authority to do this, it should just be harder for them to do it for stupid and unproductive reasons.
