According to BBC News web site, The Netherlands has removed most of its gold reserves from USA and Canada and it's now stored in the Bank of England! Apparently it's easier to trade here in a crisis. They cite Geopolitical uncertainty. I'm not sure if I should worry about what this means or not?

I have been clenching my teeth in my sleep due to stress I suppose. I have a new night guard but I've managed to over ride that and clench the guard instead. Today my left jaw muscle has gone into a spasm. It's really painful. I can't open my mouth far. I have eaten a cheese omelette. So fed up.
I'm so tired today. Turns out that 3 days of loud music and intense sunshine and heat really does knock the stuffing out of me.

It's absolutely disgusting that the American courts are allowing Dr Anthony Fauci to be dragged through the mud by Republicans looking to smear his name and much worse. All because he was brilliant during Covid but dared to snigger at stupid Trump after one of his idiotic outbreaks.

I want to be hopeful, but I’m totally underwhelmed by an average saving of £45 a year on electricity. That’s not breathing space. And the providers loose nothing. How about a significant cut to standing charges which are money for old rope?
