A museum that rivals ours! Thanks and well done to Glade Primary School who invited our Education Officer to see a fantastic showcase of artwork, creative writing and models created by pupils following their visits to Redbridge Museum this year. We loved seeing your creativity brought to life!

A special spotlight on Ken Aston of Barkingside who introduced the red and yellow card system in football for the 1970 World Cup in Mexico 🟥🟨 Ken was Headteacher of Newbury Park Primary School in Ilford but enjoyed a long career as a referee and managed the referees at the 1966 World Cup.
