Watching your childhood neighborhood burn down right after the edible kicks in is fucking rough. I had no idea this was happening. Basically every person I know there has been evacuated. I feel so bad for them.

So within 20 mins of being in Chicago I decided I want to move here. I'm a little pissed at the universe for forcing me to grow up in Spokane when it knew Chicago could have been an option.
@woody0607.bsky.social needed a headshot for an article his company wrote about him. He didn't have a current one so I gave him a haircut & forced him to pose in front of Chambers Bay. I have zero photography exp, but I think it turned out well. He was a good model, despite his diva-ish demands.

This Summer we are focusing on learning life skills. Today both kids worked together to make a full dinner. It turned out very well and Tom and I gave them an 8/10. Cole immediately asked what they could have done to make it a 9. 😅 I love the effort.

The baby juncos in my pot doubled in size overnight! They are soooo cute.
We went to a Mariners game last night & otw met a guy from Belgium. We became friends when a dude rode his bike thru the crowd & said "get out of my way, tourists." I told bike guy to go fuck himself & 🇧🇪 guy appreciated that. 😅 My husband and I explained baseball to him & he decided to get a ticket.

Spent my day with 4 little boys at the zoo. I am eeexhaaaausted. Very thankful I can participate in field trips though.
Every follow up question should be: Why are you always are "unaware" of what Trump is doing/saying? Do you think appearing uninformed is better than confronting the reality of what your pres is saying? Do you think political leaders should be up-to-date on the happenings within their own party?
