Storage unit business is complete! We met the junk collection folk today. They made short work of the remaining boxes. Now just return the rental tomorrow and we’re back to normal life.

Today was a day off of storage unit stuff. We saw The Odyssey. It was Epic. Or was it? Tomorrow we meet the trash people to then be done with the old storage unit! Huzzah! What a week it’s been.

All the stuff we want to keep is fully moved out of the old storage unit. Just need to arrange pickup for a bunch of boxes of stuff we want to let go of. So huge success already and it's only Wednesday.

Turns out the “giant” wall of boxes that have been sitting in storage for 9 years had maybe 2 or 3 things we actually wanted to keep. Which means we’re basically done going through old stuff. Just another trip to move the remaining stuff we are keeping and then dealing with trash.

Day 1 of moving storage units done. Very good progress made over 2 trips. We’re on track to probably be done by end of Wednesday. The next 2 days is going to be a lot of sorting large boxes into tubs before moving them to the new unit.

I'm kicking the tires on Wave Link 3.x and I realize this may be the missing piece for anyone who wants to use my Idle Chat Notifier but couldn't figure out the audio routing. Wave Link 3 is free to use! Maybe I update the instructions for SB 1.0 and add a bit for setting up Wave Link as well?

At some point in time in the coming days/weeks I'm going to be doing a major migration of my stream audio. I am maybe slightly nervous about this. I'm moving from BEACN Studio to Wave XLR Pro. To do that I need to upgrade to Wave Link 3 which requires a clean install as nothing migrates from 2.

Was that a real rant or was it just a honeypot for scam artists? Only your doctor knows for sure. But I have caught and blocked 2 already.

There's a few artists I'd love to commission but their terms are so absurdly draconian. "I open a Google form on random days. The next expected is [2 months in the past]. You have 10 minutes to respond when I do randomly reply regardless of your life." This is why I prefer VGen.

My Twitch name ends with an underscore. There’s another account spelled exactly the same without underscore. It frustrates me to no end that this causes the occasional issue for me. How many people checked that account thinking they were looking at mine and got the wrong impression of my channel?

You ever just modify the OBS scene config files directly? What makes a person do that? Me. I’m that person. Migrating where I’m storing all my OBS assets and I’ll be damned if I’m manually updating almost 100 sources one at a time.
