Update: I just had my first 90 min session and it absolutely won’t be my last. After the first 5mins of being in the chamber and trying to relax - my body became immensely calm and I entered into a hyper meditative state. 10/10 - WOULD recommend.

i don’t want to be needed. necessity can make a person feel irreplaceable when they are only useful. i want to be wanted, chosen freely and intentionally, not because my presence fills a void, but because even in your wholeness, you still desire mine.
to truly love who you are, you have to make peace with what shaped you. you cannot embrace the person you’ve become while resenting every road that brought you here. even the chapters you would never choose again still left something within you worth carrying forward.
