I don't know who needs to hear this, but if your kitchen does not have a proper extraction hood you're doing it wrong. Especially if you cook on gas. Because if you have one of those re-circulation hoods, you're keeping all the moisture from cooking inside, and are you really replacing that filter?
Today I found out OpenAI API credits expire... great, and the minimum to up the credit is $5. For a quick test that's not worth $5 to me

Been job hunting for months, and ghosting is way more common than before. Why? Ignoring candidates only hurts your reputation. If you reject me (with feedback), I might refer someone else. Ghost me? I won’t. Just send a response. It’s not hard. Don’t ghost! It’s rude and bad for business.

Nothing makes me happier in an application process than when the take home test specifies they really value my time, and time-box it to a very reasonable amount of time. When the thought process and structure matter more than the end result, you know they're doing their interviews well.
This was my shortest month ever on #AdventOfCode. But for good reason, my focus was drawn to #factorio. Can’t get enough of the new DLC. And of course… working on another project on the side. Can’t split myself too many times sadly.
