Picked up a pad and a pencil after months of not touching paper and goodness me the urge to use the 'undo' button!! (I don't even remember where my erasers are 😩)

Seeing lots of beavers around lately which is nice! They deserve appreciation! Here's a new sprite for episode 2 of the @sweetleaves.art visual novel! His name is Gabe ^u^

They're interested in putting us on their showcase page (a huge honor), and complemented the artists very kindly. These are what I gave them. @reothesnep.bsky.social (BGs/extras/title) and @mousenoises.art (character art) did such a great job and I'm very lucky to work with such talented artists.

We've been continuing work in the background on the cookbook - @soulnero.bsky.social has done an incredible job with the design and artwork. We're still adding recipes by @wuskythehusky.bsky.social to the repertoire, and I imagine we'll be close to done (or done completely) by the end of this year!

We finally got paid by itch, so we can finally make our donation to The Trevor Project! Thanks to everyone who tossed us some money for episode 1! We'll continue on with donations to charity for future episode releases as well.

Two months after launch and @itch.io still has yet to pay out a single cent, and they aren't answering support emails. Does anyone know any other channels to get a response to this issue? And does anyone else operating on itch ever have issues with them ghosting you or not paying you?
