I think it's really weird that the current capitalistic overlords are against modern western medicine when that's literally the cheapest, quickest way to get over the ailments my job causes. Like, if my workplace won't provide me with headache and stomach medicine, I'll sue them.

My outfit got called "too comfortable" by one of the bosses, and I was about to let it go but I remembered she's kind of a mean girl and went ahead and explained that yeah, I'm not in an office outfit because I woke up bloated and feeling like shit. But with humor, you know 🤪
It should be perfectly acceptable to send a work mail with something like "henlo, my brain is mush right now but here's what you asked for, have fun, don't contact me in the next 24 hours I will be in cool down mode" but nyooouuu... you gotta be polite... and clear... and assertive.
