Didn’t have to use it as we made our connecting train home but a delay leaving Paris this afternoon (people on the line) meant we got a nice handwritten form explaining the issue so that we could exchange our GWR tickets for a later train if we missed our booked one.

Met John Healey at a housing event years ago and learnt an important life lesson: never eat a flaky croissant at events where you might be suddenly introduced to someone. (he was kind enough to ignore all the crumbs)
