IMO, Trump missed the greatest opportunity of his life and it was right in front of him. He should have held Fauci up, celebrated him not as a national hero, but a global hero and stated that he knew Fauci could do it and he made sure Fauci had the resources he needed. Take the win! He's a moron.
My thoughts "Career scientists should not be politicized or persecuted because of a difference of opinion or because science evolves. I'm concerned about the toll this is having on career scientists being able to serve the public" @firedbutfighting.bsky.social www.ms.now/ms-now/watch...

Some professional journalists with laptops and cameras need to start doing the job of reporting on the disintegrating mental health of the man with control of the planet’s second-largest arsenal of nuclear weapons. It should be the most important news story in the world today.
I think they should just take him to every Taco Bell instead.
SOMEONE TELL HIM THERE IS LETTUCE IN McDONALD's SANDWICHES STAT
My mother got nicer when she had reduced brain function, too. 😏
"There are other capable progressives weighing a run in 2028," writes @sunraysunray.bsky.social. "However, none of them can do the two things AOC can do at once: run a serious national campaign as one of the most recognized figures in the country, and pull an entire movement into being behind it."

*So* super impressed. Definitely. 🙄
Q: Do you think Iran is trying to impact the midterm elections by threatening the Strait of Hormuz? TRUMP: Probably. They won't have any impact on me. I'm just going to do the right thing. I don't view it as, 'Gee, we're having an election.' I think people are very impressed.
Most definitely grape. Much like I prefer my ____[fill in the blank]___.
"But I love the top — such a vibrant purple. Bob, would you call this color grape or aubergine?"
I think they're accidentally referring to Mitch, whose brain waves left him in the ditch. As did his wife. 🏃💨 🛫🛩️✈️

Flyovers, combovers... All false efforts at virility.
My god, this is so insane.
Just like a bad lover, they'll leave us horribly disappointed and sneak out, knowing how horrible their performance was. And they won't learn from it.
Chief Justice Roberts just announced from the bench that *tomorrow* (Tuesday) will be the last day for opinion hand-downs this term. So we'll get birthright citizenship, the two transgender discrimination cases, and the big campaign finance case in some order at 10 ET tomorrow.
AKA, "We agreed that you can follow the Constitution." #F-this-SCOTUS
Well... would you look at that. After all those made-up lies about mail-in ballots, the Supreme Court just rejected this administration's latest attempt to silence voters. Y'all need to stop trying to suppress votes and start trying to earn them.
I guess if you consider "ruining democracy" and "wrecking the economy" change-making, well *yeah*.
Burgum: "We had Washington at the 1st, we had TR at the 125th, we've got President Trump at the 250. All three of them remarkable change-makers moving our country forward."
Our nation is broken under corrupt, greedy GOP rule.
Trump and Republicans radically raised health insurance premium costs -- doubling them on average -- and so 5 million Americans who used to have health insurance now can't afford it. More than half the people who have this kind of health insurance live in GOP districts: www.npr.org/2026/06/26/n...
And there's one big, main clown.
The old formula was bread and circuses: keep people fed and distracted. Now the bread costs a fortune, wages can't keep up, and the circus never stops. Every headline, every scandal, every manufactured outrage competes for attention.
This is the only kind of news that uplifts me and gives me faith in humanity. 🔬♥️🫁
Discovery of a 14-protein biomarker that predicts lung cancer 5.6 years before it is diagnosed, even in non-smokers, and an anti-inflammatory medicine that prevents its progression. And, challenging dogma, the proteins are not coming from cancerous cells!
What did you expect, diplomacy? Decency? No, complete idiocy. That's this administration's MO: Dumbassary. ("A lot of people don't know there's a B in there, but I take it out because...." JHFC
Couple things: 1. If the terms of the Iran deal being floated are accurate, it’s a complete US surrender and a total embarrassment. 2. Trump casually threatening to nuke Iran if the deal doesn’t go through is fucking insane.
