Over the past few days I have managed to 1cc Twinkle Star Sprites as Dark Ran and Macky & Pentell! Hoping to 1cc with every character eventually

Here's a quick demo of true VRR support via the RetroTink 4k Pro. As you can see, Art of Fighting doesn't cause the capture card to resync when it switches resolutions, same with the monitor. It's a small thing, but I really love this!

The RetroTink 4K and 6x lines just got true VRR support, and it is insane with the right TV! My LG C4 never loses signal after VRR is engaged, no matter if I power on/off a console, play a game with tricky resolution switches, or switch consoles entirely. It’s like a CRT now in that sense.

Since it’s October, I think that means it’s time for me to play every classicvania game again! Pictured are all the Castlevania games I own right now. Somehow, I’ve avoided buying a copy of 1 for Famicom/NES despite adoring that game. I’ll have to fix that soon.

Shipped out my Supergrafx to get the Turbonanza and Palette Cleanser installed, when it gets back I’d like to stream a playthrough of Rondo of Blood with the original disc and hardware!

I live for the CV4 slander. It’s definitely not a bad game but I got so tired of hearing how it was the best classicvania ever when it just never fully clicked with me. Heck, I don’t even consider it the best official remake of CV1, that goes to the X68000 game

sendou dot ink is an elaborate scheme by sendou to get us to associate his name with something else other than the burger incident

I bought a Super CDROM2 that was refurbished and recapped. It looked great but wouldn’t read any discs. I also have another Super CDROM2 in my drawer that can read discs no problem but has extremely low audio output. So I took the working drive and transplanted it, and it’s perfect!! Fully works

I get so annoyed with MiSTer users who just think every rom they find online should work at any cost, and the people who support the AI fueled MAME ports that have authors with no intention of doing any of the research or hard work. The whole point of the project is accurate emulation
