I've been really enjoying WHA and wanted to study Shirahama Kamome's style. I really admire her hatching style. It really pushed me to play with thicker line weights than I normally use. I can't imagine trying to do this with a dip pen like she does!!
The more I draw Q'talo the bigger his ears get because my memory keeps moving the goal post on the in-game size of normal miqo'te ears....
Seán Ferrick@seanferrick.bsky.social · 4w agoI was tempted to pirate HP, curiosity and all that. But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.
This shit is why you can't separate continuing to financially support the Harry Potter IP (whether by buying the games, merch, watching the new TV show when its out) from the consequences of what JK Rowling does with that money She's become so stiflingly powerful that even private docs arent safe
Alejandra Caraballo@esqueer.net · 2mo agoI've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.
I've been dealing with tenosynovitis in both wrists for over a month. I'm not supposed to craft or draw or play videogames and it is driving me CRAZY ;A;
Had a great time at SEGE this weekend and was so happy I got to meet Roger Clark, voice of Arthur Morgan! RDR2 is one of my all time FAVORITE games and a huge part of that is the amazingly talented cast.
Wanted to do something with my OCs for pride month but I got a bit too ambitious. June may be over, but Pride can be year round, right?
a brighter piece compared to last year's! but slightly late again oops hehe happy pride regardless :3 bsky.app/profile/defe...

Of course I had to do a pride shot for my boy! Happy pride month!
I've been reading Witch Hat Atelier. I found my favorite character..... And later discovered he is part of a Grantaire/Enjolras dynamic. 😭 This always happens to meeeeee.
The sweater is based on a vest from Pokemon ZA. Of course I couldn't do something easy for my first sweater so I had to come up with my own color work design.
Rhovisien@rhovisien.bsky.social · 6mo agoJust wanted to give an update: I'm still alive and active. I've been busy with non-drawing stuff lately but hope to get back to it soon. I've mostly been doing yardwork, knitting a sweater (first ever!), and switching my laptop over to Linux (it's been a steep learning curve). Wish me luck!

Happy #NationalUnicornDay to Lord Haurchefant Greystone of the Silver Fuller Save a chocobo, ride a knight
I just realized that if you combined Heavensward-Thancred and Urianger you would almost have an entire beard.
Really enjoyed playing around with the Hades art style! I think it suits Q'talo! #ffxiv #ffxivfanart
Also im using this as a thread to throw down my middle eastern inspired mashups (also middle east, MENA, SWANA, whatever u use most people are familiar w middle east)
I don't normally assign legendaries to my OC's, but Terrakion fits Q'Talo so perfectly. He's extremely protective of others and takes pride in fighting for and defending people in need. His tactics can be a bit... reckless, but his heart is in the right place. #ffxiv #wolqotd #pokemon #terrakion
bri ⚔️💕🕊️ recharging 🪫@floralchemies.etheirys.social · 2y agoalright bc i gotta know i just have to, i don't care if this has been asked a million times. happy pokemon day! #wolqotd what pokemon would your wol/oc be and why?
Playing Pokemon ZA: Ah yes. An entire questline of leading a dumbass through the sewers of Paris. Victor Hugo prepared me for just this situation.
*grabs you all and pushes towards YT* Go and check this masterpiece right this instant! Go to their YT channel and leave them some love!! #ffxiv youtu.be/iKqMI15juU4?...

I've never seen snow like this before. It's been like this all day. This may be the first time I've heard "you can expect 8 inches" and 1) actually got 8 inches, and 2) was disappointed about that. Taliesin and I are not fans of the cold.
We southerners are a special kind of folk. This was posted at 12pm. That's right, two inches of snow... We're expected to get 6-8.
