Dropped my car off for an estimate and it's almost assuredly the CV Joint and possibly some exhaust issues. I wish we had good public transit here. Our bus stops don't even have benches, and many are in dangerous places. I miss DC's metro. Being able to be car free would be amazing.

The Vote Blue No Matter Who crowd is not having a good day because it apparently only applies to a certain shade of blue.

I prefer to live without it. Haven't upgraded my phone in years bc I don't want the AI features in new models. AI is costs us clean air, clean water, and healthy neighborhoods - things that are actually difficult to live without.

Also the ceiling is leaking water (I hope it's clean water, or rain water, and not waste water). Called the emergency maintenance line an hour and a half ago. You think they'd at least want to call back and ask how much it's leaking, but so far... crickets.

Bad news: I remain a mystery to the allergist Good news: I can start taking my allergy meds again, as well as MCAS meds; and the doctor genuinely believes something is going on allergy-wise (yay they believe me!)

The nurse who administered the allergy test showed me pics of her 9 cats and it helped with my anxiety. Cats are magic. 🐈 🪄

I felt calm this morning but I'm at my appointment and the anxiety is pouring out of me like Niagara Falls. Every time I talk to anyone I feel panic. Not helpful at a medical appointment, but at least at this clinic it's been met with understanding. So yeah. My BP is 150/89.

People who ignore "mask required" signs in the pulmonary/allergy department and sit in the waiting room sneezing and coughing and obviously sick kinda piss me off.
