Just found out mom has a bone infection in her leg that is “too deep for general surgery” so they’re bringing in an orthopedic surgeon for a consult soon. Not really sure what to do with this news. I have no idea about this stuff.

We finally got called back, and they literally don’t use any beds. They have people lining the hallways in recliner chairs and a whole bunch of tiny curtained off rooms with the same recliners. I was in this ER 2 years ago, and it definitely had fucking beds
