Some of y’all’s PR teams do a horrible job pitching you as a podcast guest. If you’re outsourcing this… ask to see a few of the emails they’re sending podcast hosts on your behalf. I suspect a lot of you would be surprised.

Was genuinely pleasantly surprised when a book publisher asked if they could send me a copy of an upcoming book by an author I'm going to interview... and asked for my postal address. SaaS pricing pages should start estimating the cold email tax. Not just the subscription cost. The number of “noticed you’re using [SaaS Platform]” emails your team will get after adding an embedded JS widget or Google Tag Manager entry...
