I like this notetaking example. it is a good case of how gender works. Notetaking has never been about producing a transcript. It is a bureaucratic skill in the 20th c. organixarion because it is SENSEMAKING. Those women socialized to take notes? They have been doing men’s metacognition for them

Further interesting scenario is human recollection / notes (taken by habit by a person) conflict with AI summary

11/ Washing helps, but it won’t fully remove the parasite. Water removes some of it, but not all, because it clings and hides in nooks and crannies. Cooking will kill it, (min 158 degrees at the core), though I recognize “just cook your salad” isn’t a satisfying solution.
Here’s the thing: I could probably come up with lots of creative, AI-proof online approaches. But finding the time to reflect an innovate comes at a premium. I often revamp my courses, but this is an order of magnitude much higher in redesign. AI is not a pedagogical crisis, it’s a labor crisis.
