The header of the paper: PHYSIOLOGIA PLANTARUM, Vol. 15. 1962. The title “A Revised Medium for Rapid Growth and Bio Assays with Tobacco Tissue Cultures” is shown, followed by the author’s names Toshio Murashige, Folke Skoog. Their affiliation is Department of Botany, University of Wisconsin, Madison, 6, Wisconsin. The paper was received for publication on April 1, 1962. Please don't cancel me....I will never understand why people don't worry about pseudoreplicates/biological replicates in mouse work. Like, n=3-5 done once is solid & publish it in mice, but in fish you better have 2+ replicates done on different days with n=10 minimum for the same assays.

Cultural differences among fields is weird. Crispr something and wanna show an effect to publish in Nature? 12 plants in a growth chamber. Wanna show a QTL does something and publish in Crop Science? Field-scale yield trials of thousands of plants in multiple years and locations.
