I recently got some glasses for working. I can see everything within 1.5 metres. I also have normal glasses and prescription sunglasses. This is too many pairs to manage. There is always at least one pair I can’t find.
I realise now that this is just a bit of bad formatting but for a moment I was wondering what P Opener was.
## Neuer Wiener Hitzerekord ## 40,1° jetzt in Stammersdorf. Eine so hohe Temperatur wurde in Wien noch nie gemessen.
The blinds are closed because of the sun so I thought I’d take the opportunity to watch Batman. Why is it so dark?
This is some fantastic oneupmanship, until you realise what it’s about.
We had an episode of Panorama!
Shame that “nonce” hasn’t taken America yet. It’s much better than “pervert”.
no, YOU'RE googling 'pervert glasses' every few days just to see if the term is sticking
“Still punk as fuck” I whisper to myself as I turn the radio down before reverse parking the car.

“Hello! I am very clever and you are stupid.”
Today I finally had the opportunity to ask someone „Wo ist der Bahnhof?“ It’s only taken nine years.
There’s a snack here called Dragee Keksi. Biscuit covered in chocolate. But whenever I see an advert I just think it’s advertising hemorrhoids.
I had the misfortune of meeting an angry white man from the UK recently. Probably a bit younger than Cleese. He lives 90% of the year in Egypt and was complaining about not being able to hear English in London anymore. He wasn’t impressed when I asked how good is Arabic is.
Just loving how John Cleese, now reduced to one of his own caricatures, rages about immigrants coming to the UK and failing to accept "our" culture, from his home in ... (checks notes) ... Nevis in the Caribbean.
We’re trying to find out Ron’s favourite food. We’ve got it down to crispy chicken skin or stinky cheese. We’ve don’t have Guinness foam available so we’re still not 100%
I never thought one of the things we’d miss when we left England was proper thick bleach. But we do.
I’m watching some tennis at the gym. It’s not a big tournament. The expert contributor has been introduced as “former 52nd ranked player in the world.”
Wouldn’t recommend 10 North. Food was average, cocktails over priced.
Michael Holding. Only good things can happen with him narrating.
You suddenly get a narrator describing your life and there’s no way to turn it off - everyone can hear it. While shopping, at work, at home, with friends - the voice narrating your every move goes on. Who do you hope is the voice of this narrator?
Russia's so big, it's hard to know what this means for context, here's the other direction:
