This is precisely it. Streeting and his allies believe that allowing a child to continue to be trans is ‘harm’ because they see being trans as inherently bad. Conversely they see conversion therapy, starting with denial of medication, as ‘good’ because it might ‘save’ someone from being trans.
Evan Urquhart@evanurquhart.bsky.social · 2y agoThe scandal of the Cass Report is that the only harm was the speculation that an affirmed trans child might develop into a healthy trans adult. These medications are safe in all other patients because we know there are no physical ill effects. Being trans at all is what they see as harm.
I also do not want another pandemic. Masks are incredibly useful when it comes to the flu. After the first year of the pandemic a strain of flu was declared extinct (and that was the era of imperfect masking! remember DIY cloth masks?). Masks & hand sanitizer.

Hey folks, a reminder: Don't use Gen ai. You can either afford an artist/stock art, or you can't. If you can't, you can make your own art/designs or abstain. Or you can cheaper your entire brand and communicate to your audience that you peddle low-effort garbage by using a plagiarism machine.
