RDoc 8.0.0 is out now. This is the biggest RDoc release in years, and it brings together a lot of the Ruby documentation work I talked about at RubyKaigi. Also, RDoc now has a logo!

Avo 4 is here 🎉 15 months, ~2000 commits, and about 50 teams kicking the tires. It's a full redesign, not a fresh coat of paint. A safer way build your internal tools 🧵

I realized it has been ~1.5 years since I concluded my series of post on JSON optimization. So I got curious how much faster it became since then. 2.7.2 was the last version before I took over maintainership. 2.9.0 was the version I released at the end of the blog series.
