these online friendships are taking a toll on me.
surprisingly im having an easy time without looking at tumblr. that is if i doomscroll tiktok for a similar effect but completely randomized instead. but it was somehow easy as someone whose usually there everyday
probably would cosplay a self-aware/4th-wall-breaking character or anything of the like (ex. monika, jenny everywhere, pinkie, etc.) as a jab of her own self-awareness/meta nature /silly

I think vibecoding is just as bad and hobbyless as generating art or text, actually. Even if we ignore the environmental / land use / security impacts, it's still directly devaluing a human craft. Just hire someone.
this isn't even just digital hobbies. I've talked about this elsewhere but it's literally even spreading into line dancing. this one choreographer is leveraging his existing respect to grift everybody into playing + streaming his AI slop songs by choreographing to them

Doki Doki Literature club was one of the mainstream products hit in the censorship wars that a lot of NSFW creators go through. If you can, please check out this game. Though I liked the original one better than plus, it's got really fantastic writing and its one of my favorite horror games.
