I only played with Midjourney back when it was, at best, a vibrant Turner generator with a finger fetish to get a sense of it and haven't touched any of it since. Never tried any LLM. Ban that planet-killing garbage.

There is nothing gen. A.I. adds that wasn't achievable and better before. We are not yet seeing the companies paying the real cost of operations nor are they charging anything near even the break-even point as it is. The real cost of it is the ability to survive in this world. Ban gen. A.I.

I try to be aware of the larger art/artist world I may be wrong, but it seems the only viable figurative artist space is western art. So many talented artists engaged in nostalgia for a shitty time for anyone not white, despite many beautiful paintings of indigenous people and black cowboys. 1/2
