Also, ICE shouldn't have firearms at all in this context! They are a civil/regulatory enforcement agency. When they are doing domestic immigration enforcement, they don't even enforce criminal law!
LegalEagle@legaleagle.tv · 8mo agoMy take on what is clearly murder: a bunch of insufficiently-trained ICE agents dog-pile — and subdue — the victim with multiple guns drawn (why were the guns out?!). One of agents accidentally discharges his improperly-drawn gun, spooks the rest, and then they all unload in to the unarmed victim.
