Yesterday was a whirlwind. I watched SGF live with my coworkers at the office, so now I'm catching up on watching Twitch videos of streamer reactions from yesterday and crying. :D

Watched Project Hail Mary last night and I can't say enough good things about it. It's charming, poignant, funny, visually stunning, and they really did the book justice. Go see it--in the theater if you can. The cinematography *deserves* the big screen. Amaze amaze amaze!! 👎👎👎

I have a wonderful former coworker that dresses 'normie' for halloween each year. Most of the time, he's in legit goth clothing and often wears fancy effect contact lenses as well. Halloween? He dresses as 'Chad Prepman', in khakis, a normal sweater, and clean shaven. Always a hilarious contrast 👻

We said goodbye to Bunny this weekend. She joined our family as a tiny kitten weighing 12 ounces--she looked like a dust bunny, hence the name--and let us love her for 15 years. She was the best cat. 💔

I got the GW2 cookbook "Feasts of Tyria" and made the Koi Cakes today! (No koi were harmed) They were absolutely delicious--I can't wait to try more recipes from it.

A free and democratic society cannot silence comedians because the President doesn’t like what they say. This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand. All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.
