Runway

@runway.horse

Runway is your app platform: deploy and scale your apps. No #devops required! We're a small team located in Berlin (Germany). Website: https://www.runway.horse/ Legal: https://runway.horse/company/legal/ Status: https://status.runway.horse/

We're experiencing more than minor hickups, right now. Apologies for those impacted. But we are on the road to recovery!

Our August updates for Runway are live: volumes on shared apps and services, a new Homebrew tap for the CLI, runway app logs that reconnects through deploys, and a new guide on multi-process apps with Procfiles. All built and hosted in the EU. 🇪🇺 👇🏼

August 2026 Updates - Shared volumes, Homebrew tap, and better logs

August 2026 updates from Runway — volumes on shared apps, a new Homebrew tap, logs that survive deploys, and config editing fixes in the UI.

Here's what's new in July at Runway: → Grow PostgreSQL storage from the CLI/UI → API keys with flexible expiration (1h to 1y) → Every deploy now records its source → runway app exec improvements And a bit more!

THE JUNE 2026 UPDATE is upon us! UI: registry management end-to-end, clearer routing on public + internal domains, Tailscale and lockdown on app details, plus editable config from the dashboard. Under the hood: fully async deployments and a reworked, zippier app status. #runway #paas #eu

May 2026 is upon us. We're a bit heads down into a larger new feature, but we deployed something on the way: bring your own (Docker/OCI) image is now live on the platform! Check the comments for the full blog post — includes an example to run @valkeyio.bsky.social on Runway.

We've published our April Update! Included this time: new VitePress example, how to run @tailscale.com's tsidp on our platform, improved (and additional) MCP prompts for you, lots of bugfixes, updates and more.

Been sitting on this (April fool’s), 😅 so here we go: We posted our updates for March. Most notably, we have an MCP server to make the agents do all work for you in terms of Runway. Then, a couple improvements to creating review apps more easily (by inheriting config and settings) and more. 👇🏼

Hello 🪂🪂🪂 (that's what iOS gave me for blue sky). Anyway! It's the 5th of August and we already posted our July updates: - preview apps - static websites (now with Node.js/npm + Hugo Modules) - OIDC, OIDC, OIDC - UI Updates And of course more details: www.runway.horse/news/2025-07...

Fresh config table!Look at all the people!

Updates, updates, updates! 🥳 We released plan updates on Runway today: `runway app plan set -a app -p start-l-launch`. What does that mean, or why it's great? You can now upgrade and downgrade your app at any time. It's mostly seemless with as little downtime as possible (aka a rolling restart).
