Olivia Andre, a 19-year-old nursing student, spent six months inside the Dilley Trailer Prison. But thanks to the advocacy of her family, Congresswoman Pingree, Miss Rachel and attorneys she’s headed home to Maine this afternoon. In a few hours she’ll be home with her family. @pingree.house.gov
