I have a plastic sealed cheese that’s been in my fridge for TWO years - can it be eaten without causing death or other unpleasant outcomes? Not a mass produced thing.

FYI I was talking to someone today and mentioned that I once had a paper driver’s license with NO picture. This was unbelievable to them. I guess I am ancient.
Today at the flea I bought two classics I somehow did not already own and 15 border records.
Came home from work and get a little open time to play what I want.
