I’m giving serious thought of going vegetarian. Now, I have only eaten chicken, turkey & fish for the last 10 years or so. The odd bit of ham, very odd bit. I’m just sick of all meat. I’m allergic to many foods including some veggies (onions, tomatoes etc) & fruits (citrus, kiwi etc) Help!

I saw the new exhibition on Quilts made by the Erin Quilters group, in Cavan County Museum, which had 10 of the photos I took of their hands sewing and crafting parts of the quilts last December. The quilts are fabulous & people praising the photos as they connect the women crafters. I’m chuffed ☺️

Last evening after it cooled a bit, had to tackle this patch as all grass and out of control. The other side is covered in yellow rattle which the bees & butterflies going mad for. It can wait till later in autumn for a cut. But glad to finally get this side cut. Have wildflower seed when it’s ready
