Sharing information with uncle vlad, while vlad murders people everyday in UKRAINE. The US government is a piece of shit and a supprter of vlad. What a disgrace the US is.
Of course heavy crude costs more to refine but at the moment it is irreplaceable because many refineries are set up to process heavy crude not light crude. Not a straightforward situation.
@rwtrask.bsky.social · 3d agoIf #Canada did not sell its crude to the #US at a deep discount to WTI, the #trade #deficit would be even wider. It is the US that has been taking advantage of Canada, not the other way around. #tariffs
The depressing thing about the US isn't Trump really. He's just a grotesque. It's the complete failure of all the things liberals believe in: Congress, the judiciary, the press, voters themselves, all persistently unwilling or unable to stop him. It's the failure of an entire society.
