ドイツ連邦共和国は混合政体である，という基礎づけの仕方があります（＝それは民主一本鎗の日本から見るとちょっと見えない点ですよね），というエッセイを寄稿した某書どうなってますか，と出版社に問い合わせたのだけれど，先は長そう（もとの話は10年前なんですけど）． その点，日本語では誰も書いていない気がするので，さっさと公開したいのだけれど．そうかといって，論文にできるほど調べてはいない（混合政体とか本気で論じられる蓄積も教養もない）のでどうしたものか．「混合政体」だからこそ，連邦制をはじめ，人民主権から直接出てこない制度が弁証できるのであって安直な議論の輸入は無理筋，という話でもあるのですが．
