Games Workshop: Typically speaking, I don't want it care about named characters. Epic Heroes are an immediate "not interested". What would be *great*, however, is of you give us a 40k version of Anvil of Apotheosis, but for matched play. And a good one. Not whatever Crucible of Champions was trying.
A short 40k reminder: T'au Fire Warriors are comparable to Imperial Guard infantry in melee. Guard hits on 1 better. T'au save on one better. That's right, your average shovel-wielding Kriegsman is almsot entirely ineffective against T'au.
Warhammer 40k maybe-hot take: Kroot need their own codex, letting them be an independent faction entirely from the T'au. I'm a T'au player. I love my Kroot. There should certainly be rules to soup them together. But as it is right now, there's no synergy between the two halves of the army.

Mail-in voting "debate" is simple terms: Mail-in votes are usually counted last, well after the in-person votes are counted. Mail-in votes currently and historically skew heavily Democrat, because they can't access a polling station easily or get time off to vote.
