Folks, a mama cat has given birth to four kittens in my bf’s Not At All Safe garage in oak cliff in Dallas. We cannot foster (leaving the country in 5 days), and I doubt my ability to capture any of them. If you are in Dallas and have experience fostering cats, please reach out.
