The thing I like best about doing Eureka is just talking with people. Making jokes, doing the content, vibing. We're all there for the same purpose, all working together. Super chill. And I get to work on two sets of relics at once, Eurekan and Manderville.

The issue people (including myself) took was that the moment the panel became public knowledge, people went wild with speculation. A LOT OF WHICH WAS WRONG. People began to demonize the entire film, the crew, etc. over this one obvious transgression, of which we knew next to no information about.

It's really disappointing to see the Barret and Tifa outfits being gender-locked. I thought Square was moving past this absurdity by unlocking many things. Yet, here we are ... Square, do better. #ffxiv

This isn't about racism.

I don't think it's to helpful to see an open transgression and then immediately dsiqualify everything regarding the project/its creators without first obtaining more information. The slides are bad. This was a major fuck up, *at the very least.* But jumping to conclusions is/was the wrong move.

After feeling like absolute garbage all day yesterday, but feeling a lot better today ... it's officially time to get my Alt's Chocobo to Rank 20! Easy Peasy! Grinding FATEs in Lakeland, I managed to go from late Rank 17, all the way to Rank 19 in one day.

TotalBiscuit was amazing. My most treasured memory of him using OC ReMixes on his shows was spotlighting all 7 tracks from AeroZ's 7th Saga cello trio album. He was super generous with his praise for the music he featured on the Content Patch. Definitely wish he was here. -L sevensongs.ocremix.org
