Lavaliers have been great for field recording. Using them to record in stereo has been ideal for outdoor ambiences, species recording, pass-bys. I'm using Clippy EM272s, a pistol grip, and a Gator Frameworks bar (with windmuffs) to do an A/B setup. #fieldrecording #sounddesign #gameaudio #gamedev

Dynamic mics are great for recording loud sounds, your voice, and in environments that are really noisy.
