UK Govt to cut benefit spending by more than £5bn a year by 2029/30. Poor/Disabled hit. Silence on corporate welfare, ending tax perks of the rich. Aligning tax on dividends and capital gains with wages, and charging national insurance on the same can create £20bn surplus. Why hurt the poor?
