yesterday i learned why munchen is called munchen. monks. they were all that was here when the nobility decided to settle the place, so the documents all said "the place with the monks". apparently they were gotten rid of, but i am still somewhat concerned about possible ambushes.
a day of trains. we may be able to get out and have a look around, but sam says it depends how busy it is and how anxious she is. we have to use deutsche bahn for a large bit of the journey so we expect the anxious to be high.
aces, she did not forget me! ...it might need altering a wee bit...
apparently these are supposed to last us a few days. the flappy jacky things might but those macaroons are not long for this world.
til australia invented the cricket tea. they started it in the 1880s to keep hydrated because of their hotter playing season and when they came to the uk in the 1890s they made having tea each day a condition of doing the tour.
The operation took 2 minutes to remove the bad tooth and a further 8 minutes of tummy tickles.

we have received good news regarding one of our mwah ha ha plots, which is quite the relief. being anxious about things really cuts into my ability to plan more mwah ha has.
would it be bad of us to load up the telly to keep watching er when sam is not on the sofa with us? we got used to it last week.
you can tell sam is feeling better. the mixer is whirring away in the kitchen and there is dough growing on the table in here. buns for tea!
so many pairs of lovely bright fluffy socks in the flat and NONE of them have been made so they would also fit me. i am going to hide her needles.

bah. when the trailers for strange new worlds S2 dropped and everyone got to see spock being awkward, there was a whole thing on here about what your "engage" or "hit it" would be in trek and i cannot find my response on here.
if you have an aldi near you we totally recommend their little ginger loaf cakes with orange drizzle. sticky and spicy and very easy to make disappear once opened.
these must have dalek hover technology in them to avoid being stumped by a coke can in the road, never mind a kerb or off-road conditions

sam slept a lot longer and better today than she did yesterday, so she is not in a bad mood, just a fuddled one (she says hopefully). but we are not taking any chances, so tog has been asking about octopuses every time she looks frowny.
RIGHT. first thing i did when sam came through was demand to know what all this was about. she sighed and put my cuppa down and asked if i remembered what we had talked about her making before flopsy gets her winter hoodie remastered. and so now i am also going to say MWAH HA HA HA.
