i'd read until i was too tired to go on. of course, sometimes a book would be so good that it'd wind up being the thing that kept me up, making me read chapter after chapter...always just one more chapter π
9) that's tough! π i don't think i've ever even considered the time i usually read...but thinking about it now, i think i most often read late at night. before i finally started using melatonin in my mid-twenties to help me sleep, i had lifelong issues surrounding sleep, so as a kid...
age level, but once i got the hang of it, i pretty much immediately excelled & was one of the best readers in my elementary school classes, going well above my grade level. it was at that point i started tearing through any book i could find, reading anything that seemed cool in my school library π
8) that's extremely tough! π it probably wasn't one of the Redwall books, but it might've been. it might've been something else that i randomly picked up & started reading, something smaller & easier for a kid to digest. believe it or not, i actually needed a tutor to learn how to read at my...
7) oh, of course: Redwall! π i feel like i'm probably gonna be bringing it up a lot in this, hah hah - but it's hard not to, there's so many in the series & they've been a constant in my life π my brother introduced me to the series young, plus i grew up right when the animated show was airing! ππ
6) Not many, I'm afraid ππ I've begun reading a book on Tarot titled 'The Book of Tarot' by Sahar Huneidi-Palmer & one of the gifts for my birthday was the 'Greatest Works of Edgar Allan Poe' collection, so I'm eatin' good for a while yet π€£
5) any bookstore around me that seems neat! π When I was younger, that usually meant Chapters, but as an adult, I kinda just go wherever the wind blows me. There's this new, very popular bookstore in my area that specializes in nothing but romance & erotica - I can't wait to check it out, sometime!π
4) oftentimes I find myself drifting through them all, just kinda enjoying the vibes & looking at all the books, their cover arts - but the romance & fantasy areas always call to me, naturally π the romances are very often the only ones I'll actually pick up & read the backs of πβ¨

3) fantasy! π₯° There's just something about fantasy as a genre that's always appealed to me; it's always felt like it has the most wiggle room for fun escapism.
