1. Don't smoke, stay tf away from nicotine. 2. Don't hate on smokers in general. That's ableism It's an addiction, it goes deep. Some people have been conditioned since childhood for it. It's a physical, mental and societal trap. It's not something you just quit doing. Smokers are people too.

I had to take some pictures of my face today and now I feel bad. I’m sure most are their own worst critic (and possibly bully) when it comes to appearance. - But fucking hell. I could write two bibles worth of vitriolic self hatred. Fuck that, self hatred is uglier than any face could be.
