There will be countless tributes, and rightly so. But Hackman was about the work. So today, simply put on The French Connection, or The Conversation, or Unforgiven, or Superman, or The Royal Tenenbaums et al. Remind yourself what screen presence truly means.
Cobra Kai is now over forever :'( . What a show and finale, loved every minute of it. If you haven't seen it, change that. Not watching this show is for pussies. @waplord.bsky.social @cobrakaiseries.bsky.social @cobrakainews.bsky.social

Maybe it's time to read a book in the name of research! @iannathan.bsky.social It's all The Thing, all the time. Producer @james-evans.bsky.social, welcome to Bluesky! You like words and stuff.
I am excited to get stuck in to editing The Thing Expanded this year with the team at CreatorVC. It's good to be back. @iannathan.bsky.social and I are currently looking through the interviews and it's going to be a good one! "Trust is a tough thing to come by these days"
So the other day I spent my birthday watching #Aliens Expanded, a 4h 42m documentary on one of my favourite movies. Interviews, behind the scenes, art, etc. A must-see to any fan of the genre, or #mothershiprpg! www.imdb.com/title/tt2207...

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024) is a great film that absolutely did not deserve to bomb in the cinema. The people will realise, with time, what they have done.
The last thing you see when Mario and Luigi do their new Bros. Attack. Thought I should bring this version here too. Have fun with it. You can download it in the replies.
Hello Bluesky. What is this place, and where is everyone?

A couple of years ago, my brother gave me a birthday gift of backing the crowdfunding campaign for Aliens Expanded, a 5-hour documentary on the making of the film, and it arrived today. LET'S ROCK!
Expect a review of Aliens Expanded in the coming days. 🔥 Or later, given that this doc directed by Ian Nathan, writer of the brilliant Alien Vault 2011 book, lasts almost 5 hours. 😌 At a time when the rise of streaming has all but wiped out the existence of fine cinema documentaries, I can't wait.
