Activists managed to hold the gathering but were surrounded by police shortly afterward. Police detained several activists and two journalists covering the event.

Das ist meine Pendelstrecke. Nazis sind nicht ~irgendwo im Osten auf dem Land und das betrifft uns ja nicht, also egal, haha, weiter mit dem bürgerlich-konservativen Leben, Migration ist schließlich auch ein Problem~ Jede #CDU und #noAfD Stimme verantwortet so etwas mit.

Ein Mann mit zwei Messern zündete in einem ICE gestern Pyrotechnik, verletzte 7 Menschen und wollte einen Anschlag verüben. Die Rechtsextremen waren gestern sicher: "Deutscher Staatsbürger" sei Code für "Syrer". Jetzt soll es aber ein Rechtsextremist sein. Und jetzt sind sie plötzlich ganz ruhig.

In #Freiburg filmte ein Uni-Mitarbeiter über 800 Frauen. Auf dem WC/ im Bad einer Wohnung, die er explizit an Studentinnen im 1. Semester vermietete. Er filmte auch am Arbeitsplatz und Kolleginnen bei einer Dienstreise. Strafrechtlich kommt er mit einer Bewährungsstrafe davon. rdl.de/beitrag/ange...

Gestern Pausetag, da in meiner Heimat die 5. Jahreszeit in der Hochphase ist 🎭 🧙 👹 Die alemannische Fastnacht zieht ab dem Schmutzige Dunschtig (schmotzig = fettig, weil viel Fettgebäck) durch badische und schwäbische Dörfer und endet mit dem Aschermittwoch.

Am Schmotzigen wird der Narrenbaum gestellt, der die Wappen der Zünfte trägt. Hier der Baum auf dem Marktplatz der kleinen badischen Stadt Ettlingen.

Mit Gruß in den Feierabend schauen wir schon einmal rüber nach Irland, mein derzeitiges Forschungsgebiet. Homosexualität wurde dort erst 1993 (!) dekriminalisiert und zwischen Kolonialgeschichte und dem Einfluss der katholischen Kirche wurden Frauen und queere Menschen besonders unterdrückt.

Ein schwarzes T-Shirt mit pinker Aufschrift „Cumhacht Aiteach“, was auf Irisch in etwa „queer power“ bedeutet. Das Design ist von Brian Teeling für Gay Community News Dublin entworfen und auf https://shop.gcn.ie erhältlich. Auf dem Tshirt liegen zwei Bücher, The Pull of the Stars von Emma Donoghue, und Slant von Karherine O‘Donnell.
