Not long now until I am stood outside Kings Cross and setting off on my walk to Inverness! This weekend I have purchased the last few bits I need for the walk bringing the total cost of this walk to over an eyewatering £2,700!

It's exactly one week to go until Run Norwich! Next Sunday morning I'll be at the start line ready to run a 10k. Sharing this again for anybody who would like to donate! Thank you so much to everybody who has donated so far! 🙂

Tail walking at Lingwood parkrun today! I finally decided it was time for me pop on a hi-vis and volunteer! Honestly it was great and I will definitely be doing it again! Also, never underestimate the value of a good walk!

New station time! Today I got the first train from Cambridge to Cambridge South at 6.31am! Absolutely great day, met some lovely people and a video to be made!

Coldham's Common parkrun isn't as cool as it's name may suggest today! My hottest parkrun yet and didn't I know it! Took it easy with plenty of walking breaks and sucked on my water bottle so hard at the end the cap came off. All good training though! Looking forward to next week's run!

It was so hot at Brundall parkrun today that they were dishing out ice pops at the end! One of my slowest parkruns ever but far better to go slower and take a few walking breaks than collapse due to the heat 🥵 #parkrun
