Profoundly sad (and angry) about today's SCOTUS ruling against transgender athletes. The bigotry and racism of several recent rulings are hard to absorb. My heart goes out to transgender people and their families, especially the parents of transgender kids (I know many). I feel your sadness today.

So what is the best way out of that uncomfortable, untenable space? I think one key step is disaggregating the (non-coherent) set of technologies sold as "AI". If you don't call the stuff you work with "AI", you aren't saddled with trying to defend any of the rest of it. >>

all jokes aside the right to marry someone who is a different race has only been around for 59 years. I do not take that for granted. Loving day occuring during pride month should serve as a reminder that we have to celebrate and defend the right to marry who we want regardless of race or gender
