Sticking with my DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet for once and even while on my period I see a difference in my waistline. Lesssgooo It helped greatly that I got off my SSRI bc that was making me gain weight like crazy. Raised my blood pressure too. 😩
No stream tonight. Sat there for 20 minutes and am so tired I said nah. Gonna figure out a new schedule going forward! (Most likely weekends!)
I’m streaming tonight y’all. I fixed my desktop issues, but not my own. 🤪 We’re going to do some @playpalia.com dailies then jump back into Batman Arkham Knight if I’m not too tired! Twitch.tv/writingvampires/

Just so you know, what you say to me about Black people from theory you learned or what you read may not matter to me as a Black person. It may not vibe with what I actually experience. You are not actually equipped to impress Black people with your thought on us. What we know is still worth more.
Me losing my mind last night and how adorable/funny Jasper looked on stream. Look at that face! 🥰 You can see more of it every Mon and Wed! Additional stream THIS Friday (3/5/2026)! Twitch.tv/writingvampires
