Sonic X Cosmo screenshot redraw but it's a Chuck Jones cartoon from the 60's/70's (Grinch, Phantom Tollbooth, Tom and Jerry, Nelly's Frolly, Raggedy Ann) This was on the backburner for awhile cause I wanted to make it good but a drawing trend on another site convinced me to finish it.

Hot take, but we need to normalize cartoon characters smoking on screen again. A. Because it adds more to their character and personality And B. Because sometimes it’s funny.

I wanted to be like Dexter growing up since he was a boy genius with a big-ass lab, lots of cool inventions and gadgets, and a pet monkey who is a superhero but all along I think I was more like Dee Dee since I was really silly and quite destructive. (But not too dumb!)
I often think about how hard those Buzz Lightyear figures go because even if we never actually see these variants in the movies, they just went out of their way to make Buzz look cooler than he is.

Watching Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Great Mouse Detective for their respective 30th and 40th anniversaries left me with this impression. (As well was revisiting stuff like Atlantis and the Fox and the Hound earlier this year)
Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.
