#AwesomeCharacters The world of Natura is LGBTQ+ normative so there are a lot of bisexual characters. Out of the main gang, Cuts and Jackie are bi. Cuts has had relationships with male and female partners in the past whereas Jackie finds out she's bi over the course of her adventures.

#SongsOfSeptember I consider this the official unofficial theme tune of the Raven Prince series. I think the Celtic vibe and feel of adventure I get from this song is a really good fit for Cuts and co. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvtd...

#SongsOfSeptember Day 23 An instrumental song that you think fits your story's tone~ Or that fits a scene if you can't find one for the story overall :D I'm going to be in a different timezone by tomorrow night, so I might post these a bit earlier the rest of the week. I'll have to see~

A card showing today's prompt. It has a rose on a music sheet in the background with a lilac hue, and a gray box in the middle shows the prompt. The title's at the top, and there are song lyrics at the bottom.

Day 23

An instrumental song that fits your story's tone

There are just music notes below the prompt.

Oh hi. It's my birthday 🙂 I have to say that diving into acrylic painting and book illustration over these last few years has been incredibly rewarding, and I enjoy learning more, painting more, and getting older really is quite great!

Cover illustration for "Fusion Fragment" showing a portrait of a woman facing upwards, as a mirror shatters around her. The mirror shards all show eyes of other women trapped within them. Two mask shards are also falling around her face, inspired by Japanese kabuki masks, representing her mixed heritage. Acrylic painting showing Sauron's defeat by Lúthien and Huan at Tol-in-GaurhothBook interior illustration for "Fangs for Nothing", showing the MC Winnie in a castle hallway. The scene takes inspiration from Gothic horror and Gothic romance movies, from the nightgown design to the candelabra.
A black cat hides behind Winnie's leg, a vampire hides in a dark doorway, and the red candlelight reflects of a suit of armor and several empty painting frames. Acrylic character illustration for a fantasy book commission. The two characters are shown in a sparse, partially destroyed ice palace hall. Both characters have unnaturally pale skin and are clad in black.

No, I'm not published. Yes, I am still a writer. I've written stories since I was a kid, and I have no intention of ever stopping. You ask me, the writing itself, done purely out of love for the process, makes you a writer, whether you're published or not.

#SongsOfSeptember I can listen to anything while I write, sometimes I might play something appropriate for whatever scene I'm working on but most of the time I just pick an album and let it go. That said, lately I've been listening to a lot of Babymetal and Lindsey Stirling while I write.

“Hey, grew to live in fear of Bruno stuttering and stumbling, I can always hear him sort of muttering and mumbling, I associate him with the sound of falling sand.”
