Finished Flight of the Eisenstein. We got a new Loken and the whole Isstvan III story again. Very repetitive. But I liked Kaleb and the escape of the Eisenstein was exciting. The ending was kind of depressing. Everybody is a dick! Speaking of: next book is Fulgrim 🦅 #HorusHeresy #Warhammer #Booksky

Lots of war and fighting in Galaxy In Flames (which I'm not the biggest fan of). The plot slowed a lot down compared to False Gods, which is good. No really memorable set pieces as in the first two books, but overall engaging and I enjoyed the read. But... (1/3) #HorusHeresy #Warhammer #Booksky

While Horus Rising felt quite clever, False Gods felt kind of rushed and ham-fisted. On to the next book: Galaxy In Flames 🔥 #HorusHeresy #Warhammer #Booksky
