New update rolled out - we've completely reworked how you log in and sign up on Openvibe. Until now, there was no way to register new accounts through the app, you could only log into existing ones.

Hey! It’s been a bit quiet here. We’re now back working on Openvibe full-time and going through all your feedback to shape the next updates. Really appreciate your patience ❤️ If there’s something you want to see improved, let us know.

RSS is out, at least the first version of it. So, what should we add next? Again, my mind comes back to this question: what would you like to see in @openvibe.social ? Are you a reader looking for content, or a creator looking for ways to expand the content you’re building?

🧡 RSS is here! 🧡 You can now follow blogs, newsletters and news feeds in the same timeline as Mastodon, Bluesky, and more. One feed, all your stuff 🐙 It’s a big milestone for us - and while it’s early, it already feels great! 👉 Tons of important fixes in this update too, details below 👇

Openvibe is heading to NYC! 🗽🇺🇸 We're flying in from Europe for some exciting meetings next week 🤫 In New York June 23–28? Want to meet up or know someone in open social, tech, or biz we should talk to? Let’s grab a coffee, drink, or just exchange ideas. DM us or email matej@openvibe.social 💌

#Developers ! Quick and simple answers only: Which do you prefer and why: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or other? I'll start: Azure, because of its detailed documentation and simple, expressive UI. I also like Google Cloud for its Firebase connections.

macOS Sequoia is so buggy. Spotlight can't find programs, indexing takes over two hours and still not done, apps can't assign open port addresses, and Bluetooth randomly unpairs devices. I wish there was a downgrade button. But sure, let's talk about the ecosystem and how #Apple is great.

A couple of weeks ago, #Spotify launched the Daylist (not DailyMix) feature in my region, and it really shows how superior their platform is. The rotating genre playlists that change every few hours and match the mood throughout the day are amazing. (Still waiting for HiFi, though.)

🔥 BIG OPENVIBE UPDATE 🔥 We’re rolling out some awesome new features: - Network tags on timelines - Bluesky video support - Media multipick for new posts Update to #Openvibe 1.3.8 now! 🐙 P.S. The next update will be even bigger—IFKYK 😎
